I have used them in the past and have always been satisfied with their services and amazed with how kind they are when I had questions for them (and it was a lot). If you are looking for something larger they also have an outsourcing department that offers something a little more complex than just an answering service. Have you ever seen in the movies with those guys who are out and they have the lady who is answering like 50 million phone calls and when someone calls your number, all of your info pops up and she knows what to say lol! I bet thats pretty close to what they are offering…you could be a secret agent type of thing…that would be really cool! The other cool thing about this place is they guarantee that a call will never be put on hold. It never has and never will. I bet there is a way where we could get someone on hold…but its not likely…Its all in all a great answering service. I give it a 9.2 on the 10 scale for the Fetch Meter!
